Country Living is a residential community for persons over 55 years of age. Our mission is to offer affordable housing and health care choices to seniors allowing them to stay independent and remain in our community. Country Living offers a lifestyle that is carefree and maintenance free.

Residents may live independently or subscribe to the Assisted Living Program which provides health care assistance depending on an individual's needs.

Assisted Living

Amenities

Level 1

Light to moderate assistance
Personal hygiene such as showering, dressing and grooming

Level 2

Maximum assistance within the provisions specified by the Kansas Department of Aging under the Assisted Living regulations.
Routine assistance with personal hygiene such as dressing, showering, grooming, and toileting

Level 1 & 2 services are determined through an assessment by the nurse.

Continue to serve as a host/hostess for family gatherings, clubs, and other groups.
Participate in the Sunday afternoon worship service provided by local ministers.

Application Process

The application process includes an informal visit, application form, doctor's exam, and financial information. This process allows the resident, their family, and the staff to determine the most appropriate level of care and comfort.

Rates

Basic monthly rent starts at $3,345. There are additional fees for an assessed level of care, determined by the nurse. A second person in a suite (such as a couple) is an additional $1,200 monthly. Qualified long term care insurance is accepted.
