Country Living is a residential community for persons over 55 years of age. Our mission is to offer affordable housing and health care choices to seniors allowing them to stay independent and remain in our community. Country Living offers a lifestyle that is carefree and maintenance free.

Residents may live independently or subscribe to the Assisted Living Program which provides health care assistance depending on an individual's needs.

Application Process

The application process includes an informal visit, application form, doctor's exam, and financial information. This process allows the resident, their family, and the staff to determine the most appropriate level of care and comfort.

Rates

Basic monthly rent starts at $2,810. There are additional fees for assessed level of care or personal options. A second person in a suite (such as a couple) is an additional $900 monthly. Qualified long term care insurance is accepted.
